Masala Tea

Ingredients



Tea Powder - 1 tsp

Water - 2 cups

Milk - 1 cup

Sugar



For Masala Tea powder

A piece of Dry Ginger

Cardamom pods - 5 nos

Clove - 5 nos

Cinnamon stick - 1 piece

Peppercorns - 1 tsp



Method:

1. First step is to grind Dry Ginger, Cardamom pods, Clove, Cinnamon stick & Peppercorns into a fine powder. Now Masala Tea powder is ready.

2. Boil 2 glass of Water.

3. Add 1/2 tsp of Masala Tea powder. Let it boil for 2 minutes.

4. Then add 1 tsp of Tea powder & 1 glass of Milk. Simmer it 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Strain it & serve hot.
