Chilli Prawns

Ingredients



Prawns - 1/4 Kg

Oil for frying



For Marination

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Pepper - 1/2 tsp

Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp

Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp



For Coating

Corn Flour - 2 tbsp

Maida - 2 tbsp



For Sauce

Oil - 1 tbsp

A few cloves of Garlic finely chopped

Ginger finely chopped

Green Chillies - 2 nos

Capsicum - 1 no chopped

A few Spring onions

Salt

Pepper - 1/2 tsp

Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp

Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp

Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp



Method:

Marinating the Prawns

1. Marinate the Prawns with the Juice of 1 lemon, Salt, Pepper, Soy Sauce & Chilli Sauce.

2. Mix well & let it sit for 30 minutes.



Coating & Frying the prawns

3. Add the Corn flour & Maida. Coat all over the prawns.

4. Heat Oil for deep frying

5. Gently drop the Prawns fry it.



Making the sauce

6. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok.

7. Add the Garlic, Ginger, Green chillies & saute it for a minute.

8. Add the Capsicum, Spring onions & saute it.

9. Add Salt, Pepper, Soy sauce, Chilli sauce, Tomato ketchup & mix well

10. Add Diluted Corn flour & mix well.

11. Finally add the fried Prawns & mix it well.

12. Garnish it with few Spring Onion stock.
