Seer Fish fry

Ingredients



Seer Fish

Oil for shallow frying



For Marination

Ginger & garlic paste - 2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Chilli powder - 2 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

Water



Method:

Marinate for 30 minutes

1. In a bowl, add the Ginger - garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli powder & Water. Mix well to paste consistency. Check for seasoning.

2. Now smear the paste all over the fish meat & let it marinate for minimum 30 minutes to 1 hour

3. Heat oil in a pan & shallow fry the fish pieces on both sides in medium flame till its cooked.
