Deviled Eggs Recipe


Boiled Eggs - 5 nos

Olive oil - 2 tbsp

Onion - 1 (finely chopped)

Garlic - Few cloves

Mushroom - 5 to 6 chopped


Italian seasoning - 1 tsp

Mayonnaise - 2 to 3 tbsp


1. Boil eggs and let them cool. Remove shell and cut in to half

2. Separate the egg whites and yolks

3. Heat olive oil. Add onions and garlic

4. Once the onions turn transparent, add the mushrooms and saute

5. Add salt & Italian seasoning. Mix well and cook till its ready

6. Turn off and let it cool

7. Add the yolks of 3 eggs and mix well

8. Add mayonaisse and mix. Check the seasoning

9. Finally fill the yolk mushroom mayo mix to the egg white.

10. Garnish with coriander leaves
