Ingredients: 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained; 1/3 cup tahini; 1/4 cup tomatoes; 1 lemon, juiced, divided; 2 cloves garlic; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 pinch paprika. Directions: Blend garbanzo beans, tahini, tomatoes, 1/2 of the lemon juice, garlic, and salt together in a blender or food processor until hummus is smooth, adding more lemon juice as necessary to reach desired consistency. Pour hummus into a serving bowl; drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of paprika. Garnish with toasted Arabic bread.
