Food recipe: Chicken biryani

Ingredients: Boneless Chicken 500gms, Yogurt 1 cup, Turmeric Powder 1 tsp, Garam Masala 1 tsp, Salt as per taste, Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp, Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp, Pure Ghee 3 tbsp, Fried Onions 1 cup, Dry Fruits, Whole Garam Masala, 2 cups Soaked Basmati Rice, Rose Water 1 tsbp, Saffron Water 2 tbsp. Methods of Preparation: 1) Marinate Chicken Pieces with Yogurt, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and Ginger Garlic Paste for 2 hours. 2) In a pan add the ghee and stir fry the marinated chicken for 4-5 min 3) Add fried onions, dry fruits and stir fry until cooked. 4) In a separate vessel for rice, soak whole garam masalas and add pre soaked basmati rice. 5) Cook until the rice is 80% done. 6) Once rice is cooked, assemble rice on the cooked gravy. 7) Garnish with Saffron water, Rose Water, Dry Fruits, Fried Onions, Coriander. 8) Cook on a low flame for 15-20 min. 9) Serve.
