All of us turn to the microwave for instant and easy results. But we arent aware of the things we shouldn't put in the microwave. We will see 4 such things:
Kesar RabdinIngredientsnnMilk - 1 liter nFresh Cream - 200 mlnSugar - 100 gm nA few Cardamom pods nA few strands of Saffron nChopped Pistachio nChopped AlmondnChopped Cashew nuts nnMethod:n1. Boil milk in a sauce pan. Preferably non-stick and deep. n2. Once in a boil, add the cream while you make sure the flame is on 'low' and stir gently. n3. Add cardamom and a few strands of saffron while you keep up the stirring.n4. The milk will have to be boiled for about 45 minutes while being stirred so that it reduces to a creamy consistence. n5. Once you reach the required consistence, add sugar to sweeten. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve. nnRecommend you to follow n1. Use a non stick pan.n2. Remember to keep the flame on 'low'.n3. Constant stirring is required to keep the milk from sticking.n4.
