Prawn & Raw Mango currynIngredientsnnPrawns - 200 gmsnGrated Raw Mango - 2 tbspnOnions - 2 finely slicednGarlic - 3 finely mincednA few Curry leavesnTomato - 1nGinger green chilli paste - 1/2 tspnRed chilli powder - 1/2 tspnA pinch of Turmeric powdernCoriander powder - 1/2 tsp nWater nGaram masala powder - 1/2 tspnSalt to tastenCooking oil - 1 tbspnKasur methi - 1/2 tsp (optional)nGarnish it with Coriander springnnMethodn1. In a pan add oil, garlic & cook it for a while until it gets golden brown in color. Then add sliced onions, make sure you cook the onion in low heat.n2. Once a onion turns golden brown color, add curry leaves, tomato & saute it few minutes. Add Ginger green chilli paste, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder & mix it, then add water, garam masala powder, salt, grated raw mango & mix it.n3. After 5 minutes add Prawn & cook it.n4. Aloo Gobi MasalanIngredients nnBoiled Potato nBoiled CauliflowernBoiled Green peasnOil - 2 tbspnCumin seeds - 2 tspnAsafoetida powder - 1 1/2 tspnOnion - 3 choppednGingernGarlicnTomato - 3nTurmeric powder - 1/2 tspnSalt to tastenRed chilli powder - 1 tsp nCoriander powder - 1 1/2 tspnCumin powder- 1 1/2 tspnAmchoor powder - 1 tspnChopped Coriander leaves nnMetod:n1. Take 2 tbsp of oil in a wide saucepan. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 1/2 tsp asafoetida powder, 3 chopped onions and saute them well till the onions turn light brown.n2. Once a onion turns brown color, add chopped Ginger, garlic & tomatoes. Spice it up by adding 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and salt as per taste.n3. Cook till the tomatoes are soft, then add potatoes and cauliflower. Mix it well. Finally add peas.nAdd 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 1/2 cumin powder & 1 tsp amchoor powder. Mix them and let it cook for about 10 minutes.n4. Rava LaddunIngredientsnnRava (Semolina) - 1 cupnMilk - 2 tbspnSugar -3/4 cupnGhee - 1/2 cupnRaisinsnCashew nuts nCardamom powder a pinch nnMethod:n1. In a pan add ghee, once the ghee turns hot roast cashew nuts and raisins. Keep it aside.n2. Add the remaining ghee & Roast the rava until you get a roasted aroma & it is turning lightly golden. n3. Once Rava roasted add Sugar & mix it well. Add Roasted cashew nuts, raisins & cardamom powder & mix it well.n4. Turn off the stove, add 2 tbsp of milk & mix it well. Allow it to cool slightly.
